We interviewed Beth Stephenson, Regional Marketing and Sales Support Director for Rocky Mountain Bank, about why this Montana bank chose to support the trails with a corporate membership.

“A vibrant trail system gives our employees a great place to live, work and play,” explained Beth, who noted that many employees at Rocky Mountain Bank enjoy the trails every day.

One such employee is Rocky Mountain Bank’s Market president, Wayne Erlenbush, who is passionate about biking and trails and also happens to be a member of Billings TrailNet’s board of directors!

“As we see the trails expand it is easy to see that people are going out now more than ever,” said Beth.  “There’s a more exciting vibe now and more drive to get our families outside,” she added.

Healthy activity brings a level of happiness that increases more health, engagement and activity- which attracts more people to Billings to for jobs the bank is eager to fill.

“We see the business owner that is doing well and ready to expand but doesn’t have the employees to support it. We want to make sure we support the economics, health and education of our community.”
