What does My Healthy Yellowstone look like?

Healthy By Design has been selected to participate in a data-collection opportunity through Streetwyze and the Kresge Foundation. Streetwyze allows residents to identify barriers and opportunities to their health in Yellowstone County by mapping and using photo-voice to document their experiences via web-based platform.

Streetwyze is an important new component of the CHNA (think Yelp for community health!).  The data collected will be used to identify themes and ideas for community health improvement projects. Data (categories include art, business, education, environment, food, transportation, health, housing industry, safety and many more) will be collected through October only so sign up now and be heard.

We would like to invite Billings TrailNet members, your neighbors  and friends to become part of this data collection opportunity by signing up for Streetwyze. Your experience and knowledge about your own neighborhoods are valuable in learning more about what’s great, what’s not and what can be improved in your community.

Healthy by Design will use the information collected through Streetwyze to help inform the 2019-20 Community Healthy Needs Assessment (CHNA) and other health improvement projects.
