If you ride to downtown Billings and find there is no bike rack, please tell the business owner or contact the City of Billings’ Active Transportation Planner, Elyse Monat, at monate@billingsmt.gov, by October 1, 2019, to request a bike rack in a location that needs one. The approximate boundaries of the area bike racks can be installed are 4th Ave. N to the north, 1st Ave S to the south, Division to the west, and N 23rd to the east.

Thanks to Visit Montana for the generous Montana Tourism grant to support this project. Local match funds were provided by Billings, Montana’s Trailhead, Downtown Billings, Billings TrailNet, and Pedal United. Local manufacturer Atomic Industries also made a donation to ensure the racks were as well designed and sturdy as possible.
