While Public Safety is important, it is not the only thing they should be addressing. Billings also has no source of funding (other than Billings TrailNet’s fundraising efforts) to develop trails. We need a dedicated source of funding to provide much-needed connecting trails and safe routes to school!

Also, Billings has the opportunity to develop Coulson Park into a destination for all of us, and visitors. The concept includes a bike park, historic information and a potential amphitheater.
