Every year, Billings TrailNet brings the community together for one unforgettable evening of local brews, delicious food, live entertainment, and giving back. While Ales for Trails has become one of Billings’ favorite summer traditions, it’s about much more than enjoying a fun night with friends, it’s about investing in the future of our community.
A Tradition That Gives Back
Since its beginning in 2001, Ales for Trails has helped raise more than $1 million through ticket sales and sponsorships. Those funds have allowed Billings TrailNet to contribute more than $750,000 toward local trail projects and amenities, helping create and improve the trail system that so many people enjoy today.
Every ticket purchased helps support TrailNet’s mission of connecting people, neighborhoods, parks, schools, and businesses through safe and accessible trails. Whether you walk, bike, run, or simply enjoy spending time outdoors, your support helps make those experiences possible for everyone in our community.
What You Can Expect This Year
Ales for Trails brings together many local and regional breweries and beverage vendors, giving attendees the opportunity to sample a wide variety of drinks while enjoying a relaxed summer evening.
Along with great food and drinks, guests can look forward to live entertainment, games, raffles, and a welcoming community atmosphere that makes Ales for Trails one of the highlights of the summer.
Every Sip Supports the Trails
One of the best parts of Ales for Trails is knowing that every ticket helps make a difference. The funds raised help Billings TrailNet continue its work advocating for, improving, and expanding trails throughout the community.
Whether you’re a longtime trail user or attending Ales for Trails for the very first time, your support helps create a healthier, more connected Billings for everyone.
We hope you’ll join us for a memorable evening of great food, refreshing beverages, and community, all while supporting the trails that connect us.
Trail Tip of the Week
Summer adventures are always better when you’re prepared! Whether you’re heading out for a walk, bike ride, or spending the evening at Ales for Trails, don’t forget to stay hydrated. Bring a reusable water bottle, drink water throughout the day, and remember that alternating water with other beverages is one of the easiest ways to stay safe and enjoy your time outdoors.
