The City is seeking bids on the Swords Park Outlet Trail, which will be a 10′-wide multiuse trail on the west side of the 6th Avenue bypass. BikeNet contributed $16,000 last July for this project.

Bids are due by 2 p.m. Feb. 10, 2015, at the Billings’ City Clerk’s office.
