Creating and maintaining high-quality trails in Billings takes more than vision; it takes strong community partnerships. We’re proud to recognize Weave Industries as a corporate partner that is helping shape the future of recreation and connectivity across our region.

Founded in 1980, Weave Industries has grown into one of the largest privately held employers in the Rocky Mountain region, with nearly 200 employees and operations across Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming. Their work spans trucking, mining, construction, and oilfield services.  However, what stands out to us is their commitment to investing in the communities where they live and work.

And that commitment shows up right here in Billings.

Through their Weave Construction division, they’ve played a direct role in projects that many of us use and enjoy every day. From improvements at ZooMontana to work at the Amend Park Sports Complex, their impact is visible across our community. Most notably for us, they’ve contributed to the development of the Skyline Trail which helped expand access to one of Billings’ most iconic outdoor experiences.

From funding and planning to construction and long-term care, partnerships like this are essential to Billings TrailNet. Having partners like Weave Industries, who bring both expertise and a shared belief in the value of outdoor spaces, makes a lasting difference.

Their support goes beyond individual projects. It reflects a broader investment in quality of life and creating places where people can walk, bike, connect, and experience the outdoors.
