The North Park tennis court is in serious need of repair. So the North Park Task Force with seed funds and community pride, the Billings Tennis Association with sport enthusiasm and organizational know-how, Parks and Recreation with management and direction, and the Elks Tennis Center, MSUB, Scheels, and others teamed for this fundraiser.
The fundraiser includes all-ages tennis clinics in the morning and a tournament in the afternoon at Pioneer Park with the finals at North Park. The tournament is a tie-break game just for fun (a short game instead of sets of games that sometimes culminate in a tie-break).
Registration for the clinics and tournament include entrance to the finale show at Yellowstone Valley Brewing. Otherwise, there is a $10 entrance fee that includes a raffle ticket for a $75 gift certificate from Scheels!
