Have you seen the ads on TV? Soon you’ll hear them on the radio, too. Take the Hi Road is a campaign to encourage driving and bicycling etiquette in Billings, and you’re invited to our launch party Monday, July 27 at 5:30.
This campaign was months in the making, and involved more than 50 people who helped with message development, acting in commercials and producing the materials.
Join us Monday, July 27, 2015 at 5:30 at the Billings Public Library’s Community Room, to celebrate this important campaign we hope will enhance our biking/driving culture in Billings. We’ll have food, giveaways and information about how you can share the message. Everyone who attends will get a free Ales for Trails tasting glass.
In addition, Elyse Monat, our Active Transportation Educator at Billings TrailNet, will give a fun, educational presentation about laws related to safe bicycling and driving, and will answer questions related to sharing the road with others.
For more information about this event please contact Elyse at elyse@billingstrailnet.org. Elyse is also glad to come out and present at your place of work for everyone who has questions or just wants to learn more about sharing the road.
Whatever you choose as your means of transportation, please remember to Take the Hi Road. We are all going places and we all want to get there safely.
