The City of Billings is updating our Capital Improvement Plan, and your input is welcome and encouraged!  The “CIP” identifies the city’s plans for large infrastructure projects over the next five years, including trail and lane projects. You can view the draft here, and you have a chance to have your voice heard at one of two public meetings:
